Do the Colours on the dryer balls transfer onto clothes? 

• No, the dyed wool is colour safe. If you prefer natural, un-dyed wool choose the natural white or grey coloured dryer balls.

Static Tips & Tricks for getting the best results from your handmade wool dryer balls

• They work best with natural fibre laundry (e.g. cotton, cotton blends, wool, linen, hemp, silk and bamboo)

• If drying synthetic clothing (e.g. work out wear and fleece) combine with natural fibre clothing and dry smaller loads to decrease static.

• Don’t over dry your clothes and dry on a low heat setting.

How many dryer balls do you need in a load?

• 3 balls for small to medium sized loads and 4 to 6 for large loads

How long will my dryer balls last? 

• They will last you over 500 loads. If they seem to stop working, try “recharging” them by washing them on their own with your regular laundry soap and let them air dry. Then they should be ready to go again.

Why choose natural wool dryer balls over plastic or tennis balls?

• Rubber and plastic balls are made from harsh chemicals including PVCs, which are released onto your laundry by the hot dryer air. Not only are these types of dryer balls dangerous to your health, they are toxic to the environment as well. Additionally, the harsh tumbling action of rubber, plastic, and tennis balls can damage your dryer’s sensitive electronic sensors. Finally, some of these types of balls may even melt slightly and stain your laundry.

 What size do I need?

• To check what size bracelet to buy, see the size measurements for each product.The wrap style bracelets are adjustable and will fit a small to large Women’s wrist, or a small to medium Men’s wrist.

How do the bracelets fit?

• A variety of sizes allows for customers to choose their own fit preferences, but usually our bracelets hug the wrist. We use high quality elastic cord for a comfortable wear and durability over time.

What comes with my bracelet?

• Each product comes with its corresponding meaning card and each order is sent with one (1) reusable organic cotton ATR bag that can be used to store your bracelets.

Are results guaranteed?

• No, we do not guarantee any physical, emotional, or psychological changes from the use of our products.

How do I choose which shampoo bar to purchase?

• For the shampoo bars I suggest thinking about your scalp. Do you need to wash your hair everyday, then you have an oily scalp. If you wash your hair every other to every third day, your scalp is normal. If you can go longer without needing to wash your scalp is considered dry.

• If you have a normal scalp, you can choose from any of our shampoo bars.

• All the bars are also listed with their other characteristics, which can help you make your choice.

How do I choose a conditioner bar?

• For the conditioner bar, think of the condition of your hair.Do you need a lot of conditioning, choose the dry hair conditioners, very little conditioning oily hair conditioners will be best for you.

Do I have to purchase the set, or can I mix and match shampoo & conditioners?

• Feel free to mix and match! Every hair type is different, so play around to find your favourite combo.

Can any of your shampoo bars be used as a 2 in 1?

• Some hair types (generally short hair that requires very little extra conditioning) will be able to use our Go Green & Feeling Zen Shampoo bars (Normal to Dry) as a 2 in 1 bar.

How long do the bar last?

• With proper care (see care instructions) the bars will last you between 50-75 washes, depending on the length of your hair, and how much you use with each wash.
